“Kokoro & Joujou”sono due personaggi nati dalla matita di Federico Mariani. Sono un ragazzo androide e una bimba. Insieme a loro ci sono tanti amici... sono tutti i characters ideati da Federico tra il 2007 e il 2009 per bambini e teen-ager.
“Kokoro & Joujou” è anche lo studio creativo colorato e originale di Federico Mariani.
Nato nel 2007 per permettere alla sua creatività di esprimersi completamente, non solo nel campo della grafica e della pubblicità, ma soprattutto nell’illustrazione per l’infanzia e nel design di Toys e Gadget. Ma questa è un'altra storia. Questo sito è solo una piccola vetrina degli innumerevoli characters per bambini, nati dalla matita di Federico Mariani.

“Kokoro & Joujou” are two characters born from Federico Mariani's pencil. They are a android-boy and a cute baby with pigtails. With them there are a lot of friends... they are all characters made by Federico from 2007 to 2009 for kids & teens.
“Kokoro & Joujou” is also the colorful and original creative studio of Federico Mariani.
It was born in 2007,  in order to let  his  creativity express itself completely, not only in the field of graphics  and advertising field, but especially in drawings for children and  toy-design. But this is another story. This website is only a little gallery of many characters for kids, born by the pencil of Federico Mariani.

Federico Mariani è illustratore e junior art-director. Nato nel luglio 1974, vive e lavora a Carpi, nel nord Italia. Già ai tempi dell’asilo divora albi a fumetti come "il Corriere dei Piccoli", adora le figure illustrate e comincia a capire che in qualche modo vorrebbe fare quel mestiere lì. Le maestre dicono che non sa disegnare. Da più di 28 anni ha disegnato fumetti, personaggi, mascotte e illustrazioni. Dal 1996 lavora nella comunicazione presso varie aziende e agenzie. Nel 2007 diventa freelance, per dedicarsi anche all’illustrazione per l’infanzia e al Toys Design... Il sito ufficiale è www.federicomariani.it

Federico Mariani is an illustrator and junior art director. Born in July 1974, lives and works in Carpi in northern Italy. Already in kindergarten he starts greedily devouring comics, he likes pictures, and he begins to understand that somehow this is the job he would like to do. The teachers say that he cannot draw. He has been working from 1996 in the advertising and other media and has been drawing and creating characters for more than 28 years.
